Our Services. Sunny San Diego Rentals delivers Table Rentals, Chair Rentals, Tent Rentals, Sound System Rentals, Bounce House Rentals, Photo Booth Rentals, Birthday Party Rentals, Wedding Rentals. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Sunny San Diego Rentals (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Sunny San Diego Rentals's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Sunny San Diego Rentals harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
